What Tide Is

Tide is a personal SMS-based accountability companion operated by Vocally Yours LLC. It sends and receives text messages to help the user stay on track with their projects and commitments.

What Data We Collect

Tide collects only the data necessary to function: your phone number, the content of text messages you send to Tide, and Tide's responses. This data is stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase.

How Your Data Is Used

Your messages are used solely to generate contextual responses from Tide. Message history is sent to the Anthropic API to generate replies. Your data is never sold, shared with third parties for marketing purposes, or used for advertising.

Data Retention

Message history is retained to provide conversational context. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting Vocally Yours LLC.

Third-Party Services

Tide uses Twilio for SMS delivery, Anthropic for AI-generated responses, and Supabase for data storage. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data in transit.

Opt-Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP or PAUSE to the Tide phone number. No further messages will be sent until you re-initiate contact.
