Tide is a text-based productivity tool that responds to your messages with contextual, AI-generated replies to help you stay on track with your projects and commitments.

Message Frequency

Tide only responds when you text it. In V0, Tide does not initiate contact. Message frequency depends entirely on your usage. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In

By sending a text message to the Tide phone number, you consent to receive automated SMS replies from Tide. Only pre-authorized phone numbers may interact with the service.

Opt-Out

Text STOP to the Tide phone number at any time to stop receiving messages. Text PAUSE to temporarily suspend responses. You may resume at any time by texting the Tide number again.
